Is it possible to manage progress?

Yes, it is possible.

In Kouteizu, you can register the progress or check the progress status in various ways.




Register progress


You can register the progress of an activity in various ways as follows.


  • Right-click the Bar to display the shortcut menu, and select from the prescribed progress rate.


  • Enter details from Progress Setting dialog


  • Enter arbitrary progress rate from Bar Property.



No matter how you register, the numerical value of progress rate is retained as digital data.






Register Group progress


You can register the progress of a Group by using the standard attached tool “Roll Up Percent Complete”.

  • This is a function that totals the progress rate of each activity included in the Group to calculate the progress rate of the Group as a whole.
  • You can select the numerical value used to calculate the progress rate from Duration/Quantity/Man-hours.

Check Progress


You can check the progress of an activity in various ways as follows.


  • Display Progress Bar

By setting to display Progress Bar with “Bar Layout” function, you can check the progress rate according to the fill state of the Progress Bar.




In "Bar Layout", you can also set the progress rate to be displayed in numerical values.



  • Progress in black color

By setting “Progress in black color” to ON in Option Setting, Active Bars will be displayed with black fill according to the progress rate.



  • Delayed Bars in red color

    By setting “Delayed Bars in red color” to ON in Option Setting, Active Bars with delay in progress will be displayed in red.
