Is it possible to create an earned value graph (earned value curve)?

Yes, it is possible.

In ACTY'S, you can use the optional tool “PM Trend Curve” to draw earned value graph by aggregating the progress set in the Task Bars on the bar chart. 

• You can select from the following three types of aggregation methods.
  

• Number of days
• Man-hour
• Quantity

• You can select one of the following drawing targets.
  

• Entire Project
• The selected Task Bar and its Preceding Task Bar

You can save the earned value graph as an image file (PNG format or JPEG format).
