Yes, it is possible.
By specifying the project period in “Edit Period” setting, you can edit the bar chart only within that period.
In areas outside of the Edit Period, you cannot perform editing operation such as creating Bars.
By editing with the project period in mind, you can prevent date setting errors and so on before they occur.[Display of outside of the edit period]
