What units can be used for resource assignments to activities?

The following methods are available to assign resource required amount to activities and you can set them according to your purpose.

• When assigning a certain quantity of Tasks throughout the Duration of the Activity, set it in “Level”.

Example) To assign a workload of 20% of the daily work hour every day during the duration of the activity, set “Level: 0.2”.

[Set the Resource required quantity of Bar Property in Level]

• When specifying the required workload for the entire Activity, set it in “Total”.

Example) To assign a workload of 3 days within the entire Activity of 6 days, set “Total: 3”.

[Set the Resource required quantity of Bar Property in Total]

• If the start date of the Activity and the start date of resource put-in are different, you can set a “Lag”.

Example) If the assigned human resource starts the task two days after the start date of the activity, set “Lag: 2”.
